How to use
Please first check that the colour of the item ordered matches your hair colour before removing the item from its cardboard packaging.
What you need:
An extension brush
A styling tool
Argan spray for extensions
Other accessories:
- A hair spray
- A hair tie
- A hair slide
- A simple hair grip
Clip In Extensions
Step 1
- Brush both the extensions and your own hair thoroughly.
- Start at the back of the head
Step 2
- Secure the first strand of hair at the height of the atlas. You can do the separation with a tail comb or even with your fingers.
Hint: if the lower hair is very short, you can simply style it with two clips to make a flat bun.
- Secure each additional clip-in braid at the back of the head. If you want the separation to hold better, you can crimp it before fixing it with a hair spray.
Step 3
- Repeat the operation on the sides
Here, you can set the strands a little higher.
If you use clip-in extensions for an upswept hairstyle, place the strands vertically on the sides.
- Finish by brushing your covering hair into shape.
Ponytail Extensions
Step 1
- Brush both the extensions and your own hair thoroughly.
- Apply a little hairspray on the palms of your hands or on a brush and coat your contours.
- Tie your own hair into a tight strand.
Hint: if you set your ponytail higher, it is less heavy than in the lower position.
Step 2
- Attach the ponytail clip to your hair tie (caution: don’t use too thick a hair tie for this).
- Wrap the extensions around your own braid
- To prevent the hair tie from showing, wrap the strand wholly around your ponytail.
- Secure the hair strand with a simple hair clip
Step 3
- Now you can style your ponytail the way you want it. Curl it with a styling tool, braid it or treat it with a little hairspray.
Flip In Extensions
Step 1
- Brush both the extensions and your own hair thoroughly
- Choose the appropriate length of nylon thread and insert it into the flip-in extension
Hint: fix the flip-in extensions firmly to the hat line. The set contains three different lengths of nylon thread: small, medium and large.
- Using a hair clip, pull up the top hair in a semicircle, from the forehead p to the insertion, at a distance of about 1.5 cm.
Step 2
- Attach the thread to the forehead area
- Place the hairband at the back of your head and adjust it to the shape of your head.
Step 3
- Secure the four clips to the back of your head for extra support.
- Finally, release the top hair, let it fall over and finish your styling (if you wish) with a hot tool.
Hint: if you want even more volume on the sides, you can use our Mini 1 clip in extensions
Hair care tips
To enjoy your precious extensions for as long as possible, you’ll need to look after them accordingly. The right products will help keep them looking beautiful for a long time. In fact, when properly cared for, they look their best, ensuring your WOW effect!
What’s more, you should only wash the extensions if they no longer smell good. If you want to smooth your curly extensions, you don’t need to wash them, just smooth them. You should carefully prepare your extensions before washing.
To do this, brush them with a special extension brush and detangling the individual strands so that they regain their natural. For this purpose, use the extension moisturising spray. Under no circumstances should you rub your extensions with a towel to dry them, but wring them out carefully after washing.
The right care for your extensions isn't over after washing. For particularly supple ends, use one the many varieties of specific oils for extensions. They will not only give your hair a silky touch, but also an unbeatable shine.
